“I have so much time” – said no one ever. We are all in a crunch, racing from here to there, but how do you invest in yourself? For me, I give myself that ‘daily deposit’ by working out, which you’ve probably gathered from my stories at this point. Anyways, I stumbled upon P.volve‘s workout when I heard it’s what the Victoria Secret angels do. Good enough for them, good enough for me right? My lovefest with P.volve started when I bought it before a 2 week trip to Greece and was hooked. My inner thighs were more toned, my ass {which has left me altogether post twins} was peachier, I was sold. Here’s the best part: P.volve is your stop-bsing-around-you-have-15-minutes-in-your-bedroom kind of workout.

Here’s what it’s going to do – give you a tighter ass, slimmer thighs, rip your abs and tone your arms. Check, check, check.

Let’s get specific:

  • Burn Baby Burn: It’s small, controlled movements that make your muscles quiver {think barre or pilates} with a twist; for example, standing in a squat position with the P.Ball balancing on one leg. Now think about doing that up down, up down, up down over and over again. My ass is burning just thinking about it.
  • Stream Ya Later: There’s a streaming app aka you don’t have to leave your bedroom or living room that is only $24 – $30/month. NEWSFLASH that’s the equivalent of 1 studio class but unlimited. I’ve used the app on my phone on a balcony in Mexico, my grandmother’s living room, you get the picture. You can select the workout by the amount of time or muscle group, which I LOVE.
  • Make Me a VS Angel, K Thanks? It’s all low-impact and will elongate you {think mean and lean – no bulkiness}. I notice even in one workout the soreness the next day and after weeks of use, I noticed pops in my abs.
  • Get That Ball Bra Girl: You should get the P.ball or as I affectionately refer to it as a ball bra. It basically makes it impossible for you to cheat and not squeeze the hell out of your legs. I noticed even after a few days, this thigh chisel is oh so real.
  • Make It Harder: I also invested in the heavy ankle bands as I like to wear them for extra instability and an extra challenge almost the whole damn time.
  • Take Me With You: I always travel with my P.volve because it’s my accountability insurance. To be honest, I hate the gym – I can’t do it anymore, so I don’t have to worry about finding a shitty gym to go to while traveling or a studio.
  • My Go Tos – I usually pick the workouts that focus on abs and thighs. The Angel Approved Workout is also a favorite. The truth is that you don’t have to load up on all the equipment, you can start with one piece and add on from there.

Okay so there are 2402943 online workouts and to be honest, I’ve tried ALL of the big ones, but this one has stuck with me.

So here’s who I’m giving it the thumbs up for:

  • Love this option for Moms or if you don’t have a lot of time, especially to drive to a studio/class
  • Not a fan of cardio like running or elliptical
  • Need a flexible, no bulk option for you to travel on-the-go
  • If you want a tight ass and carved out thighs
