What I Eat In A Day

What I Eat In A Day

I eat cake and cookie dough every. single. day. *pausing for your reaction* One of your most asked questions I get is what I eat in a day, so I’m sharing with you today.

A few background things, I eat like a decrescendo meaning most of my meals are protein dense especially for breakfast and lunch, which makes me really not-so-hungry by dinner.

 The Lions Pack

Cake + Cookie Dough for Breakfast

You read that right. Both are low carb and low added sugar {have I blown your mind yet?}. I’ve been eating Lil Buff Protein cake and Lions Choice cookie dough every single day since I was pregnant {so almost 2 years!}. Let’s break it down:

  • 3/4 of a cup of Lil Buff Protein Cake Mix
  • Mixed with 3/4 of a cup of egg whites
  • Topped with 2 tablespoons of The Lions Pack aka gluten free, vegan, low sugar/sugar free cookie dough – Use code EDV to save 10% off

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that breakfast wasn’t my absolute favorite meal and this one keeps me full from 5am till noon with over 48grams of protein.

Pile Of Food Kinda Lunch

Sometimes I do salmon but lately this has been my favorite lunch

  • 1 cup of egg whites
  • 1/2 cup of kabocha squash – If you haven’t tried it, it’s sweet and often known as a buttercup squash. I roast them and they taste like french fries. They have less carbs than other squash and you can eat the skin. SO good
  • Huge handful of spinach
  • Miracle Noodles aka my addiction more on them here are high in fiber and a max of 20 calories making me feel fuller for longer
  • Heavy amounts of parmesan cheese because everyone has their vice, right?

Snacks

To be honest, I hardly ever need a snack because I’m pretty full until dinner time, but if I’m hungry I’ll reach for a few tablespoons of PB2 aka powdered peanut butter that gives fills my peanut butter craving or my favorite quest bars.

Very Light Dinner

Like I said, my dinner is usually pretty light so I’ll reach for

  • Piece of Salmon or 2 Fried Eggs
  • Sauteed Spinach
  • Miracle Noodles
  • Another fiber-rich veggie like spaghetti squash or mushrooms

So that’s it! Me in a food nutshell. What are your go-to meals? Share with me!
