Right now the best thing you can do for yourself is exercise {quite literally} a little self-care. If you’ve been following along on stories, I have found that doing two-a-days {something I haven’t done in literally years!} is helping my mental health and calm my anxiety, so here are the 5 you should check out today!

5 Best At Home Workouts

1. Solidcore

If you want to shred the f out of your body, you must try solidcore. Wow wow wow. Do not be fooled by the absence of Sweatlana {their reformer machine}, because I have been just as sore and the moves are the same. New to solidcore? This is a great way to try it and get a real sense as to how it feels. Classes start at $15 and tbh I bought a pack, because I’m an addict.

2. Xtend Barre

If you want the hardest barre class you’ve ever taken in your life, you must try this. I cannot stress enough how important stream live classes has been for my mental health and for my body! I love the feeling looking up and seeing 30 people signed on that I would’ve seen next to. I’ve been doing unlimited classes for $89 a month, but they do have unlimited week long passes for only $29 and offer 5 + classes a day including – my favorites – bounce {trampoline} and circuit 7 {hiit}. The best part? You don’t have to live anywhere near here to buy! Come sweat with me.

3. Pvolve

If you are looking for low-impact and sculpting, Pvolve is for you. I have been doing Pvolve for over 2 years now and still love it. I do own some of the equipment, but I will say even if you have just use ankle weights and weights, this is a great way to shape your bod. ALSO they are offering you a month to stream for free, so try it out here.

4. The Sculpt Society

If you want to dance it out {super simple moves} and get a REALLY good and hard sculpt, this is for you. For me, it’s an instant mood booster, because I’m quite literally dancing like no one is watching {except for the twins and Eddie of course!}. I LOVE the dancing, but holy burn the sculpt classes that are one part burn, one part dance had me so sore the next day and are totally worth it. This is only $19/month – a steal!

5. ClassPass

If you are like me and love variety, this is a great option for you. You can try Barry’s, Solidcore and more streamed right at home and have that ability to connect with others, while getting in a great sweat. Classes range from $15/month to $79/month – again a great value!
