Oh quarantine life. So much time… so much waiting around the refrigerator wondering wtf I have left to eat {maybe it’s just me?}! Honestly, I have found that snacking has become one of my new favorite hobbies as a result of quarantine – hence the now two-a-day workouts. I love sharing healthy food swaps with you and ironically I’ve found some BOMB foods that you need to try asap that are delicious and guilt free…. oh – and did I mention you can find them all on amazon? Amaze. Let’s go!

5 Healthy Food Swaps On Amazon

G Hughes Sugar Free BBQ Sauce

Let me just preface this by saying I NEVER LIKED BBQ SAUCE EVER. Like ever! Until I tried G Hughes bbq sauce and was a changed woman. Let me break it down. 2 tablespoons = 10 calories = 2 carbs = no sugar free and delicious. Like beyond delicious. Then if you are getting really into it, you have to try their honey mustard that legit taste like Chick-a-filet’s honey mustard with NO SUGAR, low carbs. Not only do I love it in an obsessive way and literally put it on anything, the twins and the whole family do too. If you’ve been watching my stories, you may have caught us trying to teach them how to say ‘barbecue sauce’ and them replying with ‘garbadi sauce’. Whatever – they are fans.

Miracle Noodles

I mean by this point, if I haven’t convinced you to try them in the past, hopefully I will today. Generally speaking they are 0-10 calories, they take on the taste of anything you cook them in and they are gluten free and 1 carb. So no do they taste like pasta? Nope, but ramen noodle consistency or pho consistency? Sure does! I eat them – okay shamefully – 6-10 times a day with the bbq, some meat, some veggies – whatever it is. I’m here for it. You can also save 15% off if you use code EVERYDAYVOGUE at miraclenoodles.com OR get them here.

They are made from 97% water and 3% soluble plant fiber, so they do make you feel satisfied and full. But here’s the deal. Say you want pad thai, but you don’t want to eat 292302 calories or you do want the whole damn pad thai, swap this in and boom you are good. Or just pasta pasta pasta. This is my jam.

Truffle Oil Spray

Did I already get your attention? TRUFFLE OIL SPRAY. 15 calories. I drink it. I do! They also have a garlic herb oil, which is great, but truffle. If you are anything like me, there’s nothing more decadent, but often times too pricy to have on a daily until I found this spray by Manatova – changed woman. Try it and get back to me STAT!

GG Gluten Free Crackers

GG crackers have been a long time have been a popular favorite among fiber lovers, f-factor loves, etc. If you don’t know what they are, they are fiberous crackers that are vehicles for other food and keep you VERY full. For example, a little pb or cheese or a scoop for tunafish salad – very very good. The ones I love are technically cinnamon raisin, but don’t taste sweet. The kids love them and I love them for the kids because they are 3 net carbs, keto, filled with fiber, so everyone stays full and more satisfied. Worth a try and we can’t stock them up fast enough up in here.

Poptarts

You read that correctly. Poptarts by Legendary Foods. I hadn’t had a Poptart since maybbbeee 1992 and out of nowhere I wanted one in quarantine. Like immediately. I started searching for healthy, gluten free poptarts and stumbled upon Legendary Foods poptarts in cinnamon sugar or the OG of OG’s strawberry – sold! But I will admit, my expectations were very low. I was convinced that they were going to be tasteless, because they have 9 grams of protein, under 1 sugar, gluten free, under 4 net carbs… too good to be true? Nope. It’s that amazing.

Okay so which one or two do you just have to try? Tag me and tell me!

Till next time,

P
