It’s been a hot minute fam! I’ve been crazy with work, traveling post vaccine life and something major I’m working on, so my apologies! I wanted to share a few daily practices that I’ve implemented over the past 6-9 months that have totally transformed my day and even doing one will make a huge difference. Let’s go!

5 Daily Practices to Change Your Life

Celery Juice

DON’T ROLL YOUR EYES AT ME! Okay I’ve been really inflamed and celery juice has been a game changer for me. A shot in the morning, a shot at night and I don’t have the inflamation, belly bloat or heaviness I’ve become used to.

Spiritual work

If we’ve been friends for a while, you’ve seen I’m pretty woo woo at this point and leaned in more during covid. My Spiritual Guide is Tahverlee and ever since I’ve worked with her on my mind, body, soul connection, my life has exponentially improved and our business has grown. I do believe that she’s responsible for it as she has helped me release things/people that bog down your soul and mind and attract the life I want to create. Whether it’s her or someone else, making time for oneself in this way is different from therapy and heals the soul.

Lavender pills – Practices to Change Your Life

Ever had anxiety? Mmm hmm, me too. After my concussion I was on anxiety pills that were highly addictive and I didn’t want that reliance any more, so I turned to lavender which should like it wouldn’t do anything, but it really does. These are the ones I love here.

Journaling to turn dreams into reality

Again don’t roll your eyes, but this is very real. Here’s my process. 5 minutes most days and here’s what I write:

🦋Must dos and try to limit to 5 that you’ll actually hit

🦋 List of manifestation that I write every single day and add to it and edit it.

I believe that when you write something, you see something each day, you can whisper it into reality and open yourself up to your true potential. Try it!
