Why I Take CBD Daily to Chill the F Out

What I love about this journey of blogging is the ability to think I’m going to write about one thing and then the week takes a sharp left to something completely different, because #life am I right? If we’ve been friends for awhile, you know that I’ve been open about my anxiety and my panic attacks that have ebbed and flowed. Even though I may not always talk about it constantly, they are still an ever present occurrence in my life, often times paralyzing my ability to, you know.. function or lately – sleep.

So yeah, here we are again talking about panic attacks, because they are real, they are happening to a lot of you and I really wanted to dive more into what I do when they happen. Going to be honest, there was a lot of shame I felt when I first broached this topic. I mean it’s really irrational and if you haven’t experienced first-hand you feel true lunacy that you cannot wrangle. I also thought you should know that I’m not depressed – like at all. In fact, quite the opposite – I’m the happiest I’ve ever felt, so this can just happen.

For me, my trigger is extraordinary stress.
Why do I take CBD daily to calm down?

Obviously with working for myself, the heat is on {which I love!}, but on a normal day I put an extreme amount of pressure on myself and then there are some days that I just get taken over by it. Lately, it’s been in the middle of the night. I wake up gasping for air, thinking I’m choking or scared to close my eyes and let myself go to sleep because I’ve convinced myself I’m going down in flames. Poor Eddie waking up to that! He’s such a king.

Anyways, in those instances, I always always reach for my CBD – specifically – Sunday Scaries.
